As a Quality Analyst, you continuously monitor the quality of the collected insights and help the research team work more effectively by giving feedback and training inputs. In short, you are in charge of delivering only the top-class research to our clients

Your Tasks

  • Auditing call recordings for quality parameters

  • Giving feedback to research analysts with regard to interview quality

  • Supporting the Training & Development team by identifying training needs and contributing training contents

  • Assisting with ad-hoc business requirements

Your Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, knowledge of another foreign language is an added advantage

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Quick grasp and an eye for details

  • Experience in research quality assurance will be an added advantage
