Your Tasks

  • Frequently communicating with international clients about the progress of primary research projects, managing their expectations and resolving escalations

  • Tracking the team’s day-to-day productivity and quality to ensure compliance with the SLA

  • Tracking the attendance and punctuality of the team and calculating monthly incentives and allowances

  • Coaching analysts, identifying their training needs, coordinating with the people management team to coordinate appropriate training and developing growth strategies for them

  • Managing concerns and queries of your team to build a positive work environment

  • Assisting the sales team by developing decks, estimating costs, and executing pilot projects

  • Keeping up-to-date with industry and management best practices and contributing in the continuous improvement of business processes

Your Profile

  • At least 4 years of work experience in the research industry with in-depth knowledge of qualitative and quantitative primary research

  • Proven experience in managing international clients and leading teams

  • Strong leader with a positive, people-oriented management approach

  • Pro-active working and communication style

  • Excellent interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills

  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per project requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word

  • Candidates with international experience (studies, work, living abroad) will be preferred
