PROJECT MANAGER
As a project manager, you work at the interface between clients, team members, and management. Besides working to achieve highest client satisfaction, you function as an extension of the people management team to ensure your team stays motivated and productive.

Your Tasks
Frequently communicating with international clients about the progress of primary research projects, managing their expectations and resolving escalations
Tracking the team’s day-to-day productivity and quality to ensure compliance with the SLA
Tracking the attendance and punctuality of the team and calculating monthly incentives and allowances
Coaching analysts, identifying their training needs, coordinating with the people management team to coordinate appropriate training and developing growth strategies for them
Managing concerns and queries of your team to build a positive work environment
Assisting the sales team by developing decks, estimating costs, and executing pilot projects
Keeping up-to-date with industry and management best practices and contributing in the continuous improvement of business processes
Your Profile
At least 4 years of work experience in the research industry with in-depth knowledge of qualitative and quantitative primary research
Proven experience in managing international clients and leading teams
Strong leader with a positive, people-oriented management approach
Pro-active working and communication style
Excellent interpersonal as well as verbal and written communication skills
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts as per project requirements
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Candidates with international experience (studies, work, living abroad) will be preferred
